'Clone' & 'Delete' options can only be performed on saved reports which you can find under 'My Reports' tab.

Select the report which you want to duplicate from 'My Reports' tab.
Click on button (next to the schedule button).
Select the 'Clone' option.
Select the report which you want to duplicate from the 'My Reports' tab or Click on 'Edit Report'.
Click on button (next to the schedule button).
Select the 'Delete' option.
